Peter has over 25 years senior leadership experience across large scale organisations and emerging global startup businesses. As a specialist in the multiple aspects of customer contact environments and operations, Peter has led operational divisions, internal support functions and cultural transformation programs across top tier financial services businesses.

Triple Play

Peter has spent significant time working across the value chain within Australia’s largest insurers and financial services providers in IAG and Suncorp and their stable of multiple brands. He has held Executive Manager roles in the areas of Distribution and Sales Performance, Management of Home Claims and Supplier Performance for NSW, National Senior Manager for the Design for Cultural Transformation programs and been a Principal involved in the development and delivery of new customer products and propositions and a Strategic Innovation portfolio supporting the broader Suncorp Group.

Delivered customer-centric solutions

His broader experience incorporates multiple industries and global brands including transforming the service model of the NSW Police to adopt call centre delivered services to the community, leading the customer technical support function in Asia Pacific for France Telecom/Orange Communications, Senior Call Centre Manager for Teletech International running outsourced programs for Qantas Loyalty and AMEX Credit Cards.

He does this through the use of fundamental behaviours and practices of high performance, but also through the development of the mindsets and behaviours aligned to the principles of human centred design to enable adoption and delivery of change that leads to sustainable performance improvements and outstanding business results.

Experience across multiple regions

More recently, Peter has been the Head of Country and Commercial Director for an emerging global startup with operations in five countries specialising in the use of technology to provide digital identities to objects, improve supply chain transparency and validate adherence to critical ESG compliance. The company experienced rapid growth and secured multiple high profile contracts and programs of work under Peter’s guidance.
